Alpine Mar Breaks Ground on New Offices in Santiago City, Philippines

Rich Local Talent Pool Will Augment Firm’s Expertise and Bring Unique Experiences and Perspectives to Expanding U.S. Client Base

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 29, 2025 / The Philippines has long been renowned for its talented workforce across various industries. However, in recent months there has been a significant focus on leveraging Filipinos’ deep proficiency and fluency in U.S. accounting and finance practices.

To tap into this extensive talent vein, Alpine Mar, a rapidly growing, modern-day accounting firm, has announced the opening of a new office in Santiago City in the Philippines. These offices will support 12 local Alpine Mar employees, while also providing a co-working space for students and other remote workers which the firm hopes will serve as an additional local recruiting vehicle.

“We are thrilled to be opening a new Philippines office and tapping into the region’s rich talent base of accounting and finance professionals, who will serve as a seamless extension of our domestic team and help support our rapidly growing roster of U.S. clients,” says Pablo Martell, CEO and Managing Partner at Alpine Mar. “We are also excited to leverage the co-working space as a means of identifying and attracting top-notch prospective hires to our firm.”

While demand for qualified accountants well-versed and familiar with U.S. accounting and finance practices is increasing, the supply of seasoned U.S.-based professionals is dwindling. Recent reports clearly show a downward trend, including a substantial decrease in CPA exam candidates in the U.S. in recent years.

With approximately 200,000 certified public accountants (CPAs) – many with experience at prestigious firms – the Philippines has emerged as a mecca for plugging the skills gap and overcoming the current U.S. CPA shortage in a cost-effective manner. Students, in particular, represent a prolific candidate and skills pipeline, especially considering their familiarity with technology and the industry’s concurrent “digital first” shift geared towards improving efficiency, accuracy and client service.

Alpine Mar’s new Philippines office will bring the firm’s total number of employees globally to 40, inclusive of partners.

BALTIMORE, MD / ACCESS Newswire / July 29, 2025 / Sia/LBG (formerly Latham BioPharm Group), the Life Science and Healthcare Business Line of Sia, a next-generation, global management consulting group, has been awarded a supplemental grant by the Gates Foundation to enhance its web-based cost and environmental impact modeling resource for pharmaceutical APIs Cost of Goods (COGs). This funding builds on the initial grant award, where Sia/LBG developed a web-based tool that allows clients to harness data from multiple systems to save time and resources by optimizing and understanding pharmaceutical COGs analyses earlier in development.

The new features will include COGs analysis for Drug Product formulation, Device manufacturing, Fill, Finish, Packaging for tablets/sterile products/unique presentations, as well as market demand forecasting. These enhancements are designed to broaden the tool’s user base, ensuring it remains a sustainable product for the global health community while also supporting potential commercial users beyond the global health sector.

Building on this foundation, Sia/LBG will continue collaborating seamlessly with the different teams across Sia. New features will be integrated by leveraging Sia/LBG’s life sciences technical consulting expertise alongside Sia’s leading artificial intelligence solutions and customer experience expertise.

“Our team turned a complex life sciences COGs and climate impact model into a web-based app, streamlining costing and improving reproducibility, version control, and data management for teams performing modeling, says Chris Peterson, Sia/LBG’s Managing Director of Strategy & Management Consulting. “Customers using the web-based application have already seen a reduction in time to input data by 40% and a decrease in manual touchpoints, leading to a more consistent evaluation of COGs.”

This meaningful program and enhanced new capability and product offering is consistent with Sia/LBG’s strategic commitment to serve as a world leader in Life Sciences and Healthcare consulting, as well as Sia’s Consulting for Good initiative.

The team is actively seeking additional application adopters to provide feedback on how the modeling resource can be utilized in both global public health and commercial pharmaceutical decision-making across the product development spectrum. Stakeholders interested in contributing to this dialogue are encouraged to contact Chris Peterson at cpeterson@lathambiopharm.com.

  • American Critical Minerals Announces Appointment of Agapito Associates, LLC, to Define a National Instrument 43-101 Exploration Target for Lithium at its Green River Project

American Critical Minerals Announces Appointment of Agapito Associates, LLC, to Define a National Instrument 43-101 Exploration Target for Lithium at its Green River Project

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / July 29, 2025 / American Critical Minerals Corp. (“American Critical Minerals” or the “Company“) (CSE:KCLI)(OTCQB:APCOF)(Frankfurt:2P3) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Agapito Associates, LLC (“Agapito” or “Agapito Associates“), to define a National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101“) Exploration Target for Lithium at the Company’s Green River Project. Agapito will also update the Company’s existing Technical Report prepared by them and effective September 12, 2012. Such report was focused on the Potash potential of the Green River Project and included a 43-101 Exploration Target for Potash. However, given the emergence of the lithium brines in the Paradox Basin as a major potential source of lithium and the speed and success of development on neighboring projects, it makes sense to now include lithium as a key focus for the Company. Agapito’s work is expected to be completed early in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Company will release the results as received.

    Management Commentary

Simon Clarke President & CEO stated, “we are excited to expand our NI 43-101 Technical Report to encompass the large-scale lithium potential across our Project. This has been showcased in recent years by a number of players, but particularly Anson Resources which has a Project contiguous to the North of our Green River Project and a Project adjacent to the South. Anson has advanced both its Projects materially and recently announced a successful Pilot with Koch Technology and an MOU to develop a DLE Demonstration Plant at Green River with POSCO Holdings.

Historic oil and gas drill logs highlight that the same lithium brines are present across our Project Area with similar grades and potential and the advanced development work undertaken by Anson also helps de-risk our Project which is sandwiched between the two Anson Projects. American Critical Minerals is in a unique position as our Project contains both large scale Potash and Lithium targets for what we see as brown-field development moving forward.”

Agapito will carry out a comprehensive set of tasks to evaluate the potential size, grade, and economic viability of lithium-bearing deposits at the Green River Potash and Lithium Project. This work will include a detailed review of existing geological, geophysical, and geochemical data, along with hydrogeological studies focused on the lithium brine target layers-specifically assessing aquifer permeability, storability, and water chemistry. The evaluation will also involve resource modeling and preliminary economic assessments to help refine exploration targets and prioritize areas for further investigation. As part of this effort, Agapito will estimate the brine tonnage and lithium concentration for each of the identified lithium-bearing layers.

    About Agapito Associates, LLC

Agapito Associates is partnered with Tiberius Energy Services (“Tiberius“) and Lane Power & Energy Solutions (“Lane“) to form E3 Partners, LLC (“E3“)-a unified team that brings together deep professional expertise and hands-on contracting capabilities. Through this strategic alliance, Agapito now offers a fully integrated approach to well management, combining Agapito’s decades of geotechnical and subsurface engineering experience with Tiberius’s strength in well services and project coordination, and Lane’s proven track record in complex underground construction. As E3, Agapito has the resources and expertise to successfully manage, drill, and abandon each well with efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring every phase of the project is executed to the highest standard.

About American Critical Minerals’ Green River Potash and Lithium Project

The Green River Potash and Lithium Project is situated within Utah’s highly productive Paradox Basin, located 20 miles northwest of Moab, Utah and has significant logistical advantages including close proximity to major rail hubs, airport, roads, water, towns and labour markets. It also benefits from close proximity to the agricultural and industrial heartland of America and numerous potential end-users for its products.

The history of oil and gas production across the Paradox Basin provides geologic data from historic wells across the Project, and the wider Basin, validating and de-risking the potential for high grade potash and large amounts of contained lithium. Wells in and around the project reported lithium up to 500 ppm, bromine up to 6,100 ppm and boron up to 1,260 ppm (Gilbride & Santos, 2012). This data is reinforced by nearby potash production and the advanced stage of neighbouring lithium projects. The Paradox Basin is believed to contain up to 56 billion tonnes of lithium brines, potentially the largest such resource in US (Source: Anson Fastmarkets Presentation – https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/ASN/02823465.pdf) The Company also has a 43-101 Exploration Target of 600 million to 1 billion tonnes of sylvinite (the most important source for the production of potash in North America) with average grades ranging from 19% to 29% KCL.**

The Company holds a 100% interest in eleven State of Utah (“SITLA“) mineral and minerals salt leases covering approximately 7,050 acres, 1,094 federal lithium brine claims (BLM Placer Claims) covering 21,150 acres, and 11 federal (BLM) potash prospecting permits covering approximately 25,480 acres. Through these leases, permits and claims the Company has the ability to explore for potash, lithium and potential by-products across the entire Green River Project (approx. 32,530 acres). The Company is authorized to drill a total of 7 exploratory drill holes across the Project (pending bonding the recently approved 4 drill holes).

Intrepid Potash, Inc. is America’s largest potash company and only U.S. domestic potash producer and currently produces potash from its nearby Moab Solution Mine, which the Company believes provides strong evidence of stratigraphic continuity within this part of the Paradox Basin (www.intrepidpotash.com). Anson Resources Ltd. has advanced lithium development projects contiguous to the northern boundary of our Green River Project and neighbouring to the south. Anson has a large initial resource, robust definitive feasibility study and has recently completed successful piloting operations through its partnership with Koch Technology Solutions, as well as an offtake agreement with LG Energy Solution. The Anson exploration targets encompass the combined Mississippian Leadville Formation and the Pennsylvanian Paradox Formation brine-bearing clastic layers, which also underlie American Critical Minerals’ entire project area (www.ansonresources.com)*.

In 2022, the U.S. imported approx. 96.5% of its annual potash requirements with domestic producers receiving a higher sales price due to proximity to market (intrepidpotash.com/ August 15, 2024, Investor Presentation). In March 2024, the US Senate introduced a bill to include key fertilizers and potash on the US Department of Interior list of Critical Minerals which already includes lithium. Recent market estimates suggest that the global potash market is over US$50 billion annually and growing at a compound annual growth rate (“CAGR”) of close to 5%. Annual lithium demand is now estimated to be over 1 million tonnes globally and continuing to grow rapidly.***

**A report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report – Green River Potash Project, Grand County, Utah, USA”, prepared by Agapito Associates Inc., and dated effective September 12, 2012, quantifies the Green River Potash Project’s potash exploration potential in the form of a NI 43-101 Exploration Target. The Exploration Target estimate was prepared in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 -Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101“). It should be noted that Exploration Targets are conceptual in nature and there has been insufficient exploration to define them as Mineral Resources, and, while reasonable potential may exist, it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource under NI 43-101. • The Edward Pierce Center for Autism Inc Launches Initiatives to Expand Critical Services for Underserved Communities

The Edward Pierce Center for Autism Inc Launches Initiatives to Expand Critical Services for Underserved Communities

    Arlington, Texas / Storyteller / Jul 09, 2025 /

The Edward Pierce Center for Autism Inc. (EPCA), a nonprofit organization founded by Tracy Pierce, PhD, launches wide-reaching services that aim to bridge gaps in autism support. With a mission to promote inclusion for individuals with autism, EPCA focuses on providing comprehensive support, training, and research opportunities that can bring life-changing resources to adolescents and families in underserved areas.

Dr. Pierce, a former Marine, shares that the motivation behind this launch is personal. “When my son Edward, who has autism, entered adolescence, we lost access to ABA [Applied Behavior Analysis] therapy,” she says. “His behavior became more aggressive. He was six-foot-three by age 13, and I thought we were going to lose him to a group home. But I found a way to train myself, and it made all the difference. I realized parents need to be empowered, especially when the system falls short.”

This empowerment can be achieved through EPCA’s services, which fall into three categories: training and consulting, research and data collection, and community outreach and support. All of these emphasize equipping those closest to individuals with autism, the parents, educators, business owners, and community leaders, with the tools to provide inclusive support. Such support is much-needed during the challenging teenage years when many traditional services begin to taper off.

    Edward Pierce

The training and consulting programs are tailored to address real-world needs. These sessions are for caregivers and professionals supporting teens with autism, including those with aggressive or high-need behaviors. EPCA provides one-on-one guidance for families and organizations, creating customized training plans specific to the individual challenges they face.

In addition to training, EPCA contributes to autism research. It collects data from families, particularly those with non-verbal children or adolescents experiencing complex symptoms such as aggression or auditory hallucinations, to address gaps in the current body of knowledge.

“This work is crucial,” Dr. Pierce stresses. “There aren’t many studies that include the most severe cases due to difficulties in obtaining traditional consent. That’s why we’re connecting researchers with families and helping them deal with institutional barriers.” This initiative illustrates EPCA’s dedication to broadening the scope of autism research and ensuring that the underserved voices are heard.

Community outreach is also an essential part of EPCA. In many regions, especially rural areas or small towns, it’s common for families to lose access to support once insurance lapses or ABA therapy ends. EPCA partners with community centers, health clinics, and local leaders to bring services directly to the people. “Families whose children are too behaviorally complex to attend traditional clinics don’t need to worry. We offer flexible, accessible support,” Dr. Pierce remarks.

    Tracy Pierce

Through these sustainable, community-based initiatives, EPCA helps prevent family separations, reduce the burden on overwhelmed caregivers, and improve long-term outcomes for individuals with autism. The founder’s initial vision to provide services where there were none has grown into a dynamic model for inclusive, scalable care.

As the Edward Pierce Center for Autism grows, it welcomes support from every corner. Donors can help expand its reach into more communities that currently lack autism resources. Researchers are also encouraged to collaborate with EPCA to access underrepresented data that could transform the field.

Meanwhile, parents and caregivers are invited to share their experiences to further research and service development. Last but not least, businesses and educators can partner with the center to receive essential training and create more inclusive environments for neurodiverse individuals. Dr. Pierce states: “Getting involved with the Edward Pierce Center for Autism means being part of a mission that’s reshaping what’s possible for individuals with autism and their families.”

  • Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, Advocates for Survivors of Boarding School Sexual Abuse in New York

Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, Advocates for Survivors of Boarding School Sexual Abuse in New York

New York, NYThomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, is steadfast in his commitment to seeking justice for survivors of sexual abuse in boarding schools across New York. With extensive experience representing survivors of institutional abuse, Giuffra and his legal team provide dedicated representation to hold both perpetrators and institutions accountable for failing to protect students. Through civil litigation, survivors can take action against the individuals responsible and the institutions that enabled the abuse.

Boarding schools are entrusted with providing safe educational environments, yet numerous survivors have come forward with distressing accounts of abuse by teachers, administrators, and staff. Institutions that neglect to implement safeguards, respond adequately to complaints, or remove known offenders contribute to a culture of silence and ongoing harm. Many cases of abuse remain unreported for years as survivors grapple with the emotional impact of their experiences. Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, assists survivors in breaking their silence and pursuing the justice they deserve.

NY survivors of boarding school sexual abuse have legal options, including pursuing criminal charges and civil lawsuits. While the criminal justice system seeks to punish offenders, civil litigation allows survivors to recover financial compensation for the trauma they have endured. Civil lawsuits also expose systemic failures within educational institutions, encouraging policy changes that better protect students in the future.

In many cases, the responsibility for abuse in boarding schools extends beyond the individual perpetrator. Schools, administrators, and governing bodies may be held liable for failing to prevent or properly address instances of abuse. New York has enacted laws, such as the Child Victims Act (CVA) and the Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which extended the time survivors have to file lawsuits, even if the abuse occurred decades ago. These laws recognize the long-term impact of trauma and provide survivors with the opportunity to seek justice on their own terms.

    Update on Legal Timeframes:

Child Victims Act (CVA): The CVA previously allowed survivors of childhood sexual abuse to file lawsuits regardless of when the abuse occurred. The lookback window for the CVA closed on August 14, 2021. However, survivors still have extended time to file civil claims compared to previous statutes of limitations.

Adult Survivors Act (ASA): The ASA provided a one-year lookback window for survivors of sexual abuse that occurred when they were over the age of 18 to file civil lawsuits. This window began on November 24, 2022, and concluded on November 23, 2023.

Survivors may be eligible to recover damages for medical expenses, therapy costs, emotional distress, and other hardships. Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, works closely with survivors to ensure their cases accurately reflect the full impact of the abuse. With a strong track record in holding powerful institutions accountable, Giuffra’s legal team has secured meaningful settlements for clients and has been instrumental in bringing attention to institutional failures that have enabled abuse to occur.

“For far too long, survivors of boarding school sexual abuse in NY have been silenced, and institutions have evaded accountability. Our firm is dedicated to ensuring that survivors have a voice and that those responsible for their suffering face justice,” said Thomas Giuffra. “We are committed to helping survivors reclaim their power and receive the compensation and closure they deserve.”

Thomas Giuffra has built a reputation as a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual abuse. His firm, Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, is committed to ensuring that survivors receive the justice they deserve. Survivors of boarding school sexual abuse can reach out for a confidential consultation to discuss their legal options and next steps.

The legal process can feel overwhelming, but having a knowledgeable advocate by your side can make a significant difference. Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, provides survivors with guidance at every stage, from filing a report to navigating court proceedings. He and his team ensure that each survivor’s story is heard and that they receive the legal support necessary to seek justice.

Holding boarding schools accountable for allowing abuse to occur is an essential step in protecting future generations of students. Institutions must take responsibility for ensuring a safe environment, and legal action is one of the most effective ways to push for meaningful change. Survivors who take legal action not only seek justice for themselves but also help prevent future incidents of abuse by exposing negligent institutions.

Survivors can contact Thomas Giuffra, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer NY, for more information or to schedule a confidential consultation.

  • $28.9 Million Settlement Secured by The Haggard Law Firm in Landmark Negligent Security Case

$28.9 Million Settlement Secured by The Haggard Law Firm in Landmark Negligent Security Case

Delray Beach, FL – The Haggard Crime Victim Law Firm has successfully secured a groundbreaking $28.9 million settlement in a negligent security case, ensuring justice for a teenage victim who suffered life-altering injuries. This historic settlement highlights the critical responsibility of property owners to implement proper security measures to protect individuals from foreseeable harm. The case involved a violent shooting at an apartment complex, where inadequate security led to a preventable tragedy that changed the young victim’s life forever.

The incident occurred when the teenager was shot multiple times on the premises of the apartment complex, leaving him with severe, permanent injuries. Investigations revealed that the property had a history of violent crime, yet management failed to take appropriate steps to enhance security. Despite prior incidents, the property owner neglected to provide adequate lighting, security patrols, or controlled access to the premises, ultimately allowing for an environment where crime could flourish unchecked.

Michael Haggard, Esq., managing partner of The Haggard Crime Victim Attorneys, emphasized the broader implications of this case, stating, “This settlement underscores the urgent need for property owners to take security seriously. When businesses and landlords fail to provide a safe environment, they put innocent lives at risk. Our crime victim law firm remains committed to holding negligent property owners accountable and fighting for victims of preventable violence.”

Negligent security cases arise when property owners fail to provide reasonable safety measures, creating hazardous conditions for residents and visitors. Under premises liability law, landlords, business owners, and property management companies have a duty to implement and maintain security features such as security guards, surveillance cameras, sufficient lighting, and controlled access points. In this case, The Haggard Law Firm successfully demonstrated that the apartment complex failed in its duty to provide a secure environment, directly contributing to the tragic shooting.

The $28.9 million crime victim settlement represents a significant victory for victims of violent crime and their families. It reinforces the need for proactive security measures in residential and commercial properties to prevent future incidents. This case sends a powerful message to property owners that failure to address known security risks will result in substantial legal and financial consequences.

Cases like this serve a greater purpose beyond financial compensation. By taking legal action, victims and their families shine a light on dangerous conditions and force companies to enact meaningful security reforms. Lawsuits against negligent property owners help improve community safety and set legal precedents that prioritize public well-being.

The Haggard Law Firm has a long-standing reputation for securing justice in negligent security cases. Their legal team works tirelessly to ensure victims receive the compensation they deserve while pushing for necessary changes that can save lives. This latest settlement is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to holding those in power accountable for their inaction when it comes to safety.

Pennsylvania Law Firm Expands Services to Support Survivors of Institutional Sexual Abuse

Philadelphia, PA – Ashley DiLiberto, Esq. is dedicated to representing sexual abuse victims, and she and her firm are continuing to provide comprehensive support for survivors of institutional sexual abuse across Pennsylvania. “There is a growing demand for legal representation for individuals who have suffered abuse in settings such as schools, religious organizations, sports programs, and healthcare facilities,” says DiLiberto.

DiLiberto continues, “Sexual abuse within institutions often involves complex legal challenges, including cover-ups, power imbalances, and failure by organizations to take accountability for their actions. Survivors of institutional abuse frequently encounter additional obstacles when seeking justice, including fear of retaliation, emotional trauma, and legal loopholes that allow organizations to evade responsibility.”

DiLiberto’s services aim to provide comprehensive support to these survivors, addressing the unique challenges they face in seeking justice. Many institutions have historically ignored or minimized allegations of abuse, prioritizing their reputation over survivor well-being. Her mission is to change that narrative and ensure that survivors receive the justice they deserve.

The law firm has several initiatives designed to strengthen legal representation for institutional abuse survivors:

A Dedicated Team of Attorneys Specializing in Institutional Abuse Cases – The firm has a robust team of legal professionals with extensive experience in handling institutional abuse claims, ensuring that clients receive top-tier representation.

Expanded Network of Expert Witnesses and Mental Health Professionals – The firm will collaborate with leading forensic psychologists, child advocacy specialists, and institutional policy experts to strengthen cases and provide survivors with the resources needed for recovery.

“Many survivors of institutional abuse feel alone and unsure about their legal rights,” explained DiLiberto. “Our goal is to bridge that gap by providing accessible legal education and equipping survivors with the tools they need to seek justice. Knowledge is power, and we want every survivor to know that they are not alone.”

Survivors of Abuse PA has long been at the forefront of legal advocacy for sexual abuse survivors. The firm supports legislative changes that would allow more survivors to pursue justice, particularly those who were previously barred from filing due to outdated legal restrictions.

“The current statute of limitations has denied too many survivors their day in court,” said DiLiberto. “We continue to fight for reforms that will allow all survivors, no matter when their abuse occurred, to seek justice against those responsible.”

Ashley DiLiberto, Esq. – The Abuse Lawyer PA has secured millions of dollars in compensation for Plaintiffs, holding Defendants accountable for their negligence. The firm has successfully represented clients in high-profile cases against powerful organizations, ensuring that survivors receive both financial compensation and the acknowledgment they deserve.

Aquatic Attorneys Share Tragic Drowning Incident at Discovery Cove Orlando Raises Concerns About Water Safety Measures

Orlando, FL – A tragic incident at Discovery Cove Orlando has once again highlighted the importance of stringent water safety measures in aquatic attractions. A man was found unresponsive in the water and later pronounced dead, leaving his family and the community grappling with grief and unanswered questions about the circumstances leading to the accident. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the risks associated with water parks and the critical need for enhanced safety protocols.

Authorities have not yet released details regarding the exact cause of the incident, but the discovery of an unresponsive individual in a controlled aquatic environment raises concerns about lifeguard presence, response times, and emergency preparedness. While Discovery Cove is known for its interactive marine experiences and controlled water attractions, any lapse in supervision or safety procedures can have devastating consequences.

Michael Haggard, Esq., a nationally recognized attorney specializing in drowning litigation, stressed the importance of accountability in such drowning accident cases. “Every water park and aquatic attraction has a duty to implement the highest safety standards to prevent tragic incidents like this. Whether it’s proper lifeguard training, enhanced surveillance, or emergency preparedness, ensuring the safety of guests should be the number one priority,” said Haggard.

Drowning remains one of the leading causes of accidental death in the United States, particularly in locations where large numbers of visitors engage in water-based activities. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), thousands of individuals suffer fatal and nonfatal drowning incidents each year, with many of these tragedies occurring in environments that should be equipped with extensive safety measures.

Family members of the deceased are seeking answers regarding the level of supervision and response efforts at Discovery Cove Orlando. Key questions include: if the area properly monitored by lifeguards; whether emergency response protocols were adequately followed; and were there any known risks associated with the attraction that were not properly addressed.

While Discovery Cove has not released a formal statement regarding the incident, legal experts emphasize the importance of transparency and investigation in cases like these. Understanding the specific factors that contributed to this tragedy will be essential in determining whether negligence played a role and if legal action is warranted.

Michael Haggard and his team at The Haggard Law Firm have represented numerous families in drowning-related cases, holding negligent parties accountable and advocating for stronger water safety regulations. “Families deserve answers and justice when a loved one is lost due to potential negligence. Our drowning accident law firm remains committed to ensuring that businesses operating aquatic attractions take every necessary precaution to protect their guests,” Haggard added.

The legal implications of this case could prompt a reevaluation of safety measures at water parks across the country. If negligence is found to be a factor, it could lead to stricter safety regulations, mandatory increased lifeguard presence, and improved emergency response training for employees. These changes would not only seek justice for the victim’s family but also help prevent similar tragedies in the future.

For those who have suffered the loss of a loved one in a drowning incident, seeking legal guidance can be a crucial step in holding responsible parties accountable.
